Performance therapy sessions integrate orthopedic, neurological, and sports-based techniques to address muscle soreness, inflammation, soft tissue adhesions, and injuries. These sessions include expert assessment to identify and correct limited range of motion, muscular compensation patterns, and joint restrictions—enhancing overall movement efficiency and physical performance.

A range of performance-enhancing modalities may be used, including Kinesio taping (K-tape), cupping, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM/Graston), electrical stimulation (E-STIM), ultrasound therapy, heat/ice application, joint mobilization, and hands-on manual therapy.

Each session also incorporates functional training with targeted corrective exercises, guided by real-time neuromuscular feedback from the therapist. This helps correct muscle imbalances, reinforce joint stability, and optimize biomechanics.

Athletes and active individuals may choose to enhance recovery with dedicated time in the Recovery Lounge following treatment.
