Chiropractic

I’ve always been passionate about movement and performance, both as an athlete and as a clinician. I grew up playing a variety of sports, which sparked my early interest in how the body moves, adapts, and recovers. That curiosity ultimately led me into a career focused on helping people move better, feel stronger, and stay active long-term.

I wrestled competitively at the University of Alberta, where I experienced firsthand the physical demands of high-level athletics and the importance of recovery, mobility, and intelligent training. I also played rugby in high school and continued developing as an athlete throughout my education. During chiropractic school at Northwestern Health Sciences University in Minnesota, I trained as a competitive CrossFit athlete, further shaping my understanding of strength, conditioning, and performance-based care. As my training has evolved, I’ve become increasingly focused on physique-based training, with an emphasis on sustainable, health-forward approaches that support performance, recovery, and hormonal balance — particularly within female athletes.

I graduated with a Bachelor of Kinesiology, the study of human movement, and a Doctorate of Chiropractic with a sports emphasis. Since beginning my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of patients, from youth athletes to collegiate and professional competitors, including NFL athletes and high-profile performers. These experiences reinforced my belief that effective care goes beyond addressing pain and requires understanding the unique demands, goals, and lifestyle of each individual.

My approach to care combines hands-on chiropractic techniques like joint manipulation and mobilization, alongside myofascial massage, corrective exercise, and patient education. I work with active individuals across many disciplines, including CrossFit and Olympic lifting athletes, combat sports athletes (jiu jitsu, boxing, Muay Thai, MMA), dancers and gymnasts, and youth athletes. I also have additional training and certifications focused on working with pediatric and infant populations, as well as maternity and postpartum chiropractic techniques, allowing me to support patients through all stages of life. In addition, I frequently work with individuals experiencing jaw pain, TMJ dysfunction, and headaches.

My goal is to empower patients to take an active role in their care by improving mobility, strength, and functional movement so they can perform at their best and continue doing what they love.

I lead athletes through personalized strength, mobility, and performance training programs. With a Bachelor’s in Sports and Exercise Science and my background as a collegiate softball athlete, I bring a unique blend of hands-on experience and academic knowledge to my coaching.

I’m passionate about helping individuals of all ages—especially those involved in softball and baseball where development of speed, agility, coordination, and confidence in their movement is central. Whether I’m working with beginners or competitive athletes, I strive to create a positive, challenging, and supportive environment where performance and personal growth go hand in hand.
